The best CRM in Dubai depends on how your team sells. If your deals happen on WhatsApp, especially in real estate, our pick is Majlis CRM: official WhatsApp for every agent, AI that reads Arabic and English, and pricing in AED. GoHighLevel suits marketing agencies, HubSpot suits growing sales teams, Zoho CRM suits tight budgets, and Bitrix24 suits all-in-one workspaces.
Quick answer: the 5 best CRMs in Dubai for 2026
Majlis CRM: best for real estate brokerages and any team that sells over WhatsApp. From AED 139 to 199 per agent a month, everything included.
GoHighLevel (GHL): best for marketing agencies that run funnels, websites and campaigns for several clients. From US$97 a month (about AED 356).
HubSpot: best for B2B companies that want marketing, sales and service in one polished system. Free plan, paid seats from US$20 a month (about AED 73).
Zoho CRM: best value for small and mid-sized businesses, with official AED pricing and UAE data centres. From AED 51 per user a month.
Bitrix24: best for teams that want CRM, tasks, chat and projects under one flat team price. From US$49 a month for 5 users (about AED 180).
Disclosure: Majlis CRM is our product, made by Thirty Days LLC, so we are not neutral. To keep this useful, we compared every tool on the same criteria: WhatsApp support, Arabic handling, AED pricing and VAT, data protection, local support, total cost for a 10-person team, and how much setup it needs. Competitor prices were checked on each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. We have tried to give every CRM its real strengths and say plainly who it suits better than us.

Our five picks for 2026, and the type of business each one suits best.
How to choose a CRM in Dubai
A business in Dubai has a few questions to ask that global CRM reviews skip. These decided our ranking.
1. Does it handle WhatsApp properly?
UAE customers reply on WhatsApp far faster than on email, so a CRM that only logs email misses most of your sales conversations. Ask three things: does it use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (unofficial tools risk getting your number banned), can each salesperson have their own number, and can a manager see every conversation? Check, too, whether it adds a fee on top of Meta's message charges.
2. Can it work in Arabic and English?
Many UAE customers write in Arabic, send voice notes, or mix languages. Some CRMs offer an Arabic interface; others help your team understand Arabic messages through translation. An agent who does not read Arabic needs a transcript and translation of a voice note more than an Arabic menu.
3. Is pricing clear in AED, with proper VAT invoices?
Most global CRMs bill in US dollars, so your monthly cost moves with the exchange rate and card fees. Check whether prices include the 5% UAE VAT and whether the invoice shows it correctly for your accountant. Watch for one-time onboarding fees, which some vendors add on higher plans.
4. Where does your customer data go?
The UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) sets rules on how businesses collect, store and share personal data. If you keep passport copies, Emirates IDs or payment details in your CRM, ask where that data is stored, who can access it, and whether there is an audit log of who changed what.
5. Is there local help when you need it?
Ask whether support works in Gulf time, whether there is a local partner, and how long it takes to go live. A cheap CRM that needs three months of consultant time is not cheap.
6. For property businesses: does it connect to the portals?
If you sell or lease property, most of your leads come from Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder. A CRM that cannot receive those leads automatically, or publish listings back, means manual copying every day. We cover this in detail in our separate guide to the best real estate CRM in Dubai.

Six questions to ask any CRM vendor before you sign up in the UAE.
1. Majlis CRM
What it is: Majlis CRM is a CRM built for real estate teams in the UAE and the GCC. It puts every lead, WhatsApp chat, listing and payment in one place, with AED pricing and Dubai time throughout. Each brokerage gets its own isolated workspace.
Best for: real estate brokerages of 1 to 50 agents, and any sales team whose customers mainly talk to them on WhatsApp.
Key strengths
WhatsApp for every agent, on the official platform. Each agent's own WhatsApp Business number connects to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. With Meta's coexistence feature, agents keep using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone while every chat also lands in the CRM. Managers can see every conversation, so a client relationship does not leave when an agent does. Meta bills message costs directly and Majlis adds no fee. Majlis is a Meta Business Partner. See how the WhatsApp CRM works.
AI that reads the chat for you. The AI assistant summarises each conversation, suggests the next step, drafts replies the agent edits before sending, translates Arabic to English inside the chat, and transcribes voice notes in Arabic and English.
Leads that do not get lost. Leads arrive from Bayut, Property Finder, website forms, WhatsApp and webhooks, are assigned automatically, and are tracked against a response-time target. Unclaimed leads go to a shared General Pool instead of sitting with nobody. More on lead management.
Follow-ups that stop when the client replies. Follow-up automation runs WhatsApp, email and task sequences, and stops as soon as the lead answers.
Property matching and listings. A new listing is matched to leads by budget, community and size, with the reasons shown, and you can send it to every match as a paced WhatsApp campaign. Listings publish to Bayut and Dubizzle from the CRM, and off-market "pocket" listings can be shared by link. See property matching and listing management.
Payments, documents and performance. Off-plan SPA installment schedules with reminders, invoices, and a private vault for documents such as Emirates ID and passport copies. A scoreboard shows win rates, response-time misses and cold leads per agent, and an audit log records changes. See payments and documents and agent performance tracking.
Ask your CRM in plain English. MCP connectors let you ask Claude or ChatGPT questions about your live CRM data.
Limitations
It is built for real estate. A clinic, trading company or e-commerce shop will find property features it does not need, and fewer tools made for its own industry.
Publishing listings to Property Finder is not live yet. Property Finder leads do come in, and publishing to Bayut and Dubizzle works today.
There is no free-forever plan, only a 14-day free trial.
It does not include a website or funnel builder like GoHighLevel, or the broad marketing suite HubSpot offers.
Pricing
Priced per agent per month, excluding 5% VAT: AED 199 for 1 to 5 agents, AED 169 for 6 to 20, and AED 139 for 21 to 50. Every feature is in every plan. Paying yearly means you pay for 10 months and get 12. No setup fee, no minimum seats, and a 14-day free trial with no card required. A 10-agent team pays AED 1,690 a month. Full details on the pricing page.
Our verdict
If you sell property over WhatsApp, Majlis covers the whole day in one tool: the portal lead arrives, is assigned, answered on WhatsApp, matched to listings, and followed through to payment. It is not the cheapest CRM on this list per seat, but it includes WhatsApp for every agent and the real estate features that other CRMs need add-ons or custom work to match.

One lead's journey in Majlis CRM, from enquiry to follow-up, without leaving WhatsApp.
2. GoHighLevel (GHL)
What it is: GoHighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform built mainly for marketing agencies. It combines a CRM and pipelines with a website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, calling, booking calendars and reputation management. Agencies create a "sub-account" for each client.
Best for: Dubai marketing agencies that run lead generation for several clients, and business owners who want their website, funnels and CRM in one bill.
Key strengths
Unlimited users and unlimited contacts on every plan, so a growing team does not change the price.
Website, funnel and form builders are included, which removes several separate subscriptions.
The Agency Pro plan includes SaaS mode, so agencies can resell the platform under their own brand.
WhatsApp runs on Meta's official platform as an add-on.
Limitations
Billed in US dollars, with several paid add-ons: WhatsApp costs US$10 a month per sub-account, and the AI Employee add-on costs US$50 or US$97 a month per sub-account. Calls, SMS and AI also carry usage-based charges.
It is a general toolkit. A real estate pipeline, portal lead capture or listing management has to be built or bought as extras.
There is a lot to learn. Many businesses hire a GHL specialist to set it up.
Pricing
Starter: US$97 a month (about AED 356) with up to 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited: US$297 a month (about AED 1,091). Agency Pro: US$497 a month (about AED 1,825). Paying yearly costs US$970, US$2,970 or US$4,970. Enterprise is priced on request. There is a 14-day free trial. Prices from the GoHighLevel pricing page.
Our verdict
For an agency, GHL is hard to beat: one flat price covers many clients and their marketing tools. For a brokerage or in-house sales team, you will build what specialist CRMs already include, and add-ons add up.
3. HubSpot
What it is: HubSpot is a customer platform that joins marketing, sales, customer service and content tools on one shared CRM. It is known for being easy to learn.
Best for: B2B companies, tech and services firms, and teams that win customers through content, email and inbound marketing.
Key strengths
A free CRM with no credit card, which is a low-risk way to start.
Clean, easy interface that sales teams tend to adopt quickly.
Strong reporting, email tracking, sequences and marketing tools that all share one contact record.
Limitations
HubSpot's native WhatsApp integration needs Marketing Hub or Service Hub on the Professional or Enterprise plan. It is not included in Sales Hub Starter.
Professional and Enterprise plans carry a required one-time onboarding fee.
Costs rise quickly as you add seats and hubs, and pricing is in US dollars.
No real estate features such as portal leads or listing publishing out of the box.
Pricing
Sales Hub Starter is listed at US$20 per seat a month on monthly billing (about AED 73), with lower prices on annual and promotional terms. Sales Hub Professional is US$90 per seat a month on an annual commitment (about AED 331), or US$100 on monthly billing, plus a US$1,500 onboarding fee (about AED 5,509). Enterprise starts at US$150 per seat a month (about AED 551) plus a US$3,500 onboarding fee. Prices from the HubSpot Sales Hub pricing page.
Our verdict
HubSpot is the safe, polished choice for a company that sells through email and content and plans to grow into marketing automation. For WhatsApp-first selling in the UAE, you need higher-tier hubs, which makes it one of the more expensive options here.
4. Zoho CRM
What it is: Zoho CRM is a flexible, low-cost CRM from Zoho, which also makes accounting (Zoho Books), helpdesk, email and dozens of other business apps. It is widely used by UAE small and mid-sized businesses.
Best for: SMEs, trading and services companies, and cost-conscious teams that are willing to configure their own setup or work with a Zoho partner.
Key strengths
Official AED pricing on Zoho's own site, so no exchange-rate surprises.
Zoho opened data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in January 2026, which helps businesses that want customer data held in the UAE.
A free edition for up to 3 users.
Deep customisation: custom modules, fields, layouts and workflows, plus the wider Zoho suite.
Many Zoho partners in the UAE for setup and training.
Limitations
Flexibility means work. Getting Zoho to fit a specific process, such as real estate listings and portals, usually needs a partner or an in-house admin.
The interface is dense, and new users can find it harder to learn than HubSpot.
WhatsApp is available through Zoho's own integration and third-party apps; check which option and edition suits you before committing.
Pricing
Zoho lists AED prices per user a month. Billed annually: Standard AED 51, Professional AED 84, Enterprise AED 146, Ultimate AED 190. Billed monthly: AED 73, AED 128, AED 183 and AED 237. In US dollars, annual billing is US$14, US$23, US$40 and US$52. The free edition covers 3 users. Prices from the Zoho CRM pricing page.
Our verdict
Zoho CRM gives you the most CRM for the money, with local data hosting as a bonus. It rewards businesses that have time, or a partner, to shape it. If you want something that works for your industry on day one, expect setup effort.
5. Bitrix24
What it is: Bitrix24 is a business workspace that bundles a CRM with tasks, projects, team chat, video calls, a contact centre and a website builder. It is priced per team rather than per user.
Why it made our list: we looked at Salesforce, Odoo and Bitrix24 for the fifth spot. Salesforce is built and priced for large companies, and Odoo is an ERP first. Bitrix24 has a long-standing following among UAE SMEs, offers an Arabic interface, and has several implementation partners based in Dubai.
Best for: small and mid-sized companies that want CRM, internal chat and project management in one tool, at a flat price.
Key strengths
Flat pricing for a whole team: the Standard plan covers 50 users.
Much more than a CRM: tasks, projects, calendars, chat and video in one place.
Contact centre that turns messages from forms, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and email into CRM leads.
Arabic interface and an on-premise edition for companies that need to host it themselves.
Limitations
The breadth can overwhelm a sales team that only needs a pipeline.
WhatsApp setups often rely on third-party connectors from the Bitrix24 marketplace, which vary in quality and cost.
Priced in US dollars, and no industry-specific real estate workflow without add-ons or partner work.
Pricing
Billed annually, per month: Basic US$49 for 5 users (about AED 180), Standard US$99 for 50 users (about AED 364), Professional US$199 for 100 users (about AED 731). Monthly billing costs US$69, US$144 and US$289. Enterprise plans scale up to 10,000 users. A free plan is available. Prices from the Bitrix24 pricing page.
Our verdict
Bitrix24 is excellent value if you want to run the whole office from one place. If your main need is fast WhatsApp selling, a focused CRM will be simpler for your sales team to live in every day.

Which CRM should you choose?
By type of business
Real estate brokerage: Majlis CRM. Portal leads, WhatsApp per agent, listings and off-plan payments are built in rather than added on.
Marketing agency: GoHighLevel. One flat price for many clients, with funnels and websites included.
B2B, tech or professional services: HubSpot, especially if email and content bring in most of your leads.
Trading, contracting or general SME on a budget: Zoho CRM, ideally with a local partner for setup.
Company that wants one tool for sales and internal work: Bitrix24.
By team size
1 to 5 people: start with a free plan (HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24) if your process is simple, or a 14-day trial of Majlis CRM if you sell on WhatsApp and need it working properly from day one.
6 to 50 people: this is where manager visibility matters. Pick the tool that shows you every conversation and every missed follow-up, not just the pipeline.
50 or more: budget for setup and training, and pilot with one team first.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most popular CRM in the UAE?
There is no reliable public market-share data for the UAE. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce and Bitrix24 are the names most often used by UAE businesses, and industries such as real estate also use specialist, locally built CRMs.
Is there a free CRM I can use in Dubai?
Yes. HubSpot has a free CRM, Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users, and Bitrix24 has a free plan. Free plans usually leave out WhatsApp, automation and advanced reporting, which are the features most UAE sales teams end up needing.
How much does a CRM cost in Dubai?
Per-user CRMs range from about AED 51 to over AED 550 per user a month, depending on the vendor and plan. Some tools, such as GoHighLevel and Bitrix24, charge a flat team price instead. Remember to add 5% VAT, WhatsApp message charges from Meta, onboarding fees and any setup help you need.
Do I need a CRM that stores data in the UAE?
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law governs how you handle personal data, and some sectors have stricter rules on where data is held. Ask any vendor where your data is stored, how access is controlled, and whether there is an audit log. If UAE hosting is a firm requirement for you, confirm it in writing before you sign.
Is VAT charged on CRM subscriptions in the UAE?
Yes, CRM subscriptions are subject to the UAE's 5% VAT. Some vendors show prices including VAT and some exclude it; Majlis CRM prices exclude it. Check that invoices show VAT clearly so your accountant can process them.
What is the best CRM for real estate in Dubai?
For brokerages, portal integrations, WhatsApp and listings matter more than general sales features. We compare the specialist options, including PropSpace and Pixxi, in our guide to the best real estate CRM in Dubai.

GoHighLevel is the agency toolkit, HubSpot the polished all-rounder, Zoho CRM the value pick with UAE hosting, and Bitrix24 the flat-priced workspace. If your business runs on WhatsApp and property, Majlis CRM is built for exactly that: every agent's WhatsApp in one place, AI that handles Arabic and English, portal leads assigned automatically, and one AED price per agent with every feature included.
