What counts as an AI action?

An AI action is one reply draft, voice-note transcript, translation or suggestion. Every agent gets 500 a month, which covers normal daily use. If your team runs out, extra actions cost AED 99 per 1,000, and you only buy them when you need them.

No. It is included in every plan, with 500 AI actions per agent per month. Extra actions are AED 99 per 1,000.

Which languages does Majlis AI support?

Does the AI send messages on its own?

No. Majlis AI never sends a WhatsApp message on its own. It suggests replies and the agent decides what to send. Instant replies to new leads use the approved templates you set up.

Does the AI create tasks automatically?

You choose. Tasks can be created automatically, or suggested and held until the agent approves them.

Can I stop the AI reading a conversation?
