How to create a WhatsApp template for your sequences
A founder, or an admin with the Manage integrations permission, can create templates and submit them to Meta for approval:

Go to Settings > WhatsApp and find Message templates.

Click New template, or Start from a template.

Set the basics
Fill in Name, Language and Category.

Add extras
Add an optional header, footer and up to 3 buttons.

Write the message
Write the message, insert variables with Add variable, and set sample values.

Submit
Click Submit for review. Approval usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
