Off-plan buyers pay in stages set out in the Sales and Purchase Agreement. Majlis records each installment’s amount and due date against the deal, so agents and finance can see what is paid, due and overdue at a glance.

Branded invoices

Create branded UAE tax invoices in AED, with VAT and your TRN, for both commissions and SPA installments. Clients pay through your usual channels; online payment through Majlis is not available yet.

A secure vault for client documents

Keep passports, Emirates IDs, title deeds and signed agreements on the client’s record instead of in WhatsApp chats and email attachments. Each brokerage’s data is isolated, agents see only what you allow, and every change is recorded on the audit trail.
