Agreement and who may use the service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Majlis CRM, a business service provided by Thirty Days LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, accepting an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Majlis CRM for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. "Customer" means the person or organisation that creates or purchases a workspace; "Authorised User" means a person the Customer permits to use it. Additional terms in an accepted order form take priority if they conflict with these Terms.
The Majlis CRM service
Majlis CRM provides lead, contact, pipeline, task, appointment, workflow, reporting, invoicing and related brokerage-management tools. We may improve, add, change or retire features over time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice when a material change significantly reduces paid core functionality.
Accounts and responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- providing accurate account information and keeping it current;
- protecting credentials, using appropriate permissions and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access;
- all activity under its workspace, including activity by Authorised Users and connected integrations;
- configuring workflows, messages, assignments and permissions before relying on them; and
- maintaining suitable exports or backups where needed for its own business-continuity obligations.
Customer data and privacy
The Customer retains its rights in the records, files and other content it or its users submit to Majlis CRM ("Customer Data"). The Customer instructs us to host, copy, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for providing required privacy notices, obtaining required consent or other lawful authority, responding to individuals' requests, and respecting marketing, communications, property, employment and data-protection laws. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You must not use Majlis CRM to:
- break the law, infringe rights, mislead people, discriminate unlawfully, or send spam or prohibited marketing;
- store or distribute malicious code, illegal material, or highly sensitive data unrelated to the service's intended business use;
- probe, bypass or disrupt security, access another customer's data, or overload the service;
- reverse engineer, scrape or copy the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties unless an order expressly allows it; or
- use automated outputs, workflows or communications without appropriate human review where errors could materially affect a person.
Marketing messages. When you use Majlis CRM to send marketing communications (including WhatsApp template campaigns, SMS or email), you are the sender and are responsible for complying with the laws of the recipients' countries. For recipients in the UAE this includes the TDRA's marketing rules: obtain the recipient's consent before sending promotional messages, send them only between 7:00 and 21:00 UAE time, honour opt-outs promptly, and keep records of consent. You must also comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and commerce policies. We may suspend sending features for a workspace that generates complaints or violates these rules, to protect the deliverability of every customer.
Third-party services and integrations
Majlis CRM may connect with property portals, Google Calendar, the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), Facebook and Instagram lead ads (Meta), Stripe, email, messaging and other third-party services. Those services are provided under their own terms - including Google's and Meta's - and may change or stop their APIs. The Customer authorises us to exchange data with an integration it enables and is responsible for the third-party account, permissions and charges, and for complying with the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for Customer Data after a third party receives it.
Plans, pricing and payment
Majlis CRM is sold as a subscription priced per active agent, billed monthly or yearly in UAE Dirhams (AED). The current prices, what each plan includes, and any optional add-ons (such as the WhatsApp messaging add-on) are shown on the billing page before you subscribe and at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where the law requires.
Every new workspace starts with a free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe. When a trial ends without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only: you keep access to your data and can export it, but changes require an active subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; they are held by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. Your invoice history is available in your billing page at any time, and tax invoices meeting UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements are provided where VAT applies.
Automatic renewal and seats
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) and your saved payment method is charged at the then-current price until you cancel. The number of seats billed follows your active agents: adding an agent increases the next charge on a prorated basis, and deactivating one reduces it.
The optional WhatsApp add-on is a recurring monthly charge that applies while at least one WhatsApp number is connected to your workspace, and stops when the last number is disconnected.
WhatsApp message charges are not ours. Your WhatsApp Business account carries your own payment method and Meta bills you directly for the conversations you send. Majlis takes no fee, margin or commission on them, holds no balance for you, and is not a party to that arrangement.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, self-serve, from Settings, Billing, Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing support@majliscrm.com. No notice period and no cancellation fee apply.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for: you keep full access until that date, and you are not charged again after it. Your workspace then becomes read-only, and you can export your data at any time. Cancelling the subscription also stops the WhatsApp add-on.
Refund policy
Because you can try Majlis CRM free before paying and cancel at any time, subscription fees already paid are generally not refunded, and we do not prorate refunds for unused time in a billing period. The exceptions, which we always honour:
- Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full - contact us and we will put it right.
- Defective or undelivered service: if the service materially fails to work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a remedy, including a refund for the affected period.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, for customers in the UAE, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations (Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023).
To request a refund, email support@majliscrm.com from an email address associated with your workspace, with the invoice or charge reference. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days).
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank - billing mistakes are fixed quickly and without argument.
Our service and intellectual property
Thirty Days and its licensors own Majlis CRM, including its software, design, branding, documentation and all related intellectual-property rights. These Terms give the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its subscription for internal business purposes.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission. We may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify a Customer, user, contact or lead to operate and improve the service.
Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive non-public business, technical or commercial information from the other. Each party will use reasonable care to protect that information, use it only for the relationship, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound to protect it. This does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Suspension and termination
A Customer may stop using the service or cancel as described in its plan or order. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
On termination, the right to use the service ends. Subject to plan terms, law and technical feasibility, the Customer should export needed data before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Majlis CRM is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that third-party integrations will remain available, or that workflows and reports will produce a particular commercial outcome. Majlis CRM is a management tool, not legal, financial, tax, property, regulatory or professional advice. Customers remain responsible for business decisions, communications, filings, contracts and compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from these Terms or the service. Thirty Days' total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Referral program
Anyone may apply to refer brokerages to Majlis CRM. We may accept or decline an application, and a referral counts only once we have confirmed it in writing.
- Qualifying referral: a brokerage new to us, not in our sales pipeline in the 90 days before your introduction. The referral stays yours for 90 days from the introduction. You may not refer your own company, or another licence with the same owner.
- Referral Commission: 20% of the Net Revenue we receive from a referred brokerage with at least 3 agents during its first 12 months as a paying customer. A brokerage with 1 or 2 agents earns a flat AED 250 once it has paid for 60 days.
- Net Revenue means amounts received by Majlis CRM from the referred brokerage, excluding VAT, refunds or chargebacks, payment processing fees, and discounts granted.
- Payment: by bank transfer. For a monthly customer, every month from its second payment; for a yearly customer, once, 60 days after its payment clears. Payouts under AED 200 roll into the next month. The brokerage must still be a customer when a payout is due.
- Refunds after payout: if an amount we paid commission on is later refunded or charged back, we deduct that commission from your future payouts. We do not ask you to repay it.
- Tax and invoices: if you hold a trade licence, you invoice us for each payout. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- Your role: you are an independent referrer, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make promises or offer prices on our behalf.
- Changes: we may change or end the program with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned under these terms is still paid.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction unless an applicable order form states otherwise or mandatory law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and discussion.
Changes, general terms and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, business or legal changes. We will post the revised Terms, update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are concluded electronically. Accepting them by clicking, signing up or using the service creates a valid and binding contract under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, and neither party may challenge their validity solely because they were agreed electronically.
Neither party may assign these Terms without the other's consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganisation or sale of substantially all relevant assets. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any applicable order form are the complete agreement about the service.
Questions or formal notices may be sent to support@majliscrm.com, through the support channel in your Majlis CRM account, or using the contact details in your order or subscription documents. Majlis CRM is operated by Thirty Days LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
