How to connect Google Calendar

Open the calendar
In Majlis, open Calendar and click Connect Google.

Allow calendar access
Sign in to Google and tick the calendar permission. Majlis asks for calendar events only, never your email or contacts.

Book as usual
From then on, meetings you book in Majlis appear on your Google Calendar with a Meet link.
A booking page that knows when you are busy
With Google connected, each agent can turn on their own booking page in Settings > Appointment Booking, set their hours, call length and notice, and share the link. Majlis reads the agent’s Google Calendar live, so a slot taken by a viewing typed into their phone is never offered. Each booking creates the contact, a lead owned by that agent and a meeting with a Meet link.
Connected server-side, one agent at a time
The connection is held by Majlis rather than the browser, so it survives a reload and works on every device. The access Google grants is stored encrypted, and each agent can reconnect or disconnect at any time from the calendar.

Does each agent connect their own calendar?
Yes. Each person connects their own Google account, and meetings go to that person’s calendar.
What can Majlis see in my Google account?
Only calendar events. It does not ask for access to your email, contacts or files.
Do meetings get a Google Meet link?
Yes. Every meeting booked in Majlis gets a Meet link, and Google emails the invites.
Will my booking page offer times I am busy?
No. Free times are read live from your Google Calendar, so anything already on it is left out.
Does it cost extra?
