How to connect ChatGPT

Copy the connector URL
A founder opens Settings > Connected apps in Majlis CRM and copies the connector URL.

Add a custom connector in ChatGPT
In ChatGPT’s settings, add a custom connector and paste the URL. Custom connectors depend on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings.

Sign in with Majlis
ChatGPT opens a Majlis sign-in page. Sign in with your Majlis email and password.

Use the connector in a chat and ask about your leads, deals, meetings and agents.
What it can look up
The connector reads your live workspace, within what your own Majlis login allows:
- Leads and contacts, found by name, stage, source or agent
- Lead numbers by stage and source, and lost leads with their reasons
- Leads that need attention
- Deals and invoices, paid and pending
- Agent performance and recent activity
- Upcoming meetings
- WhatsApp usage
Read-only, scoped and revocable
The connector can read your CRM but cannot change it: no assistant can edit a lead, send a message or delete a record through it. Each person connects with their own Majlis login and sees only what their role allows, so an agent who sees only their own leads gets answers about only their own leads.
Every connection is listed in Settings > Connected apps with when it was last used. Revoke it there and access stops at once. Founders can see and revoke everyone’s connections.
