Majlis CRM connects to Bayut through Bayut’s own Profolio API. Publish a listing from Majlis and it goes live on Bayut, with edits, price changes and removals sent for you. Leads from Bayut arrive in Majlis in seconds, assigned to the listing’s agent, with the listing attached. One token covers Bayut and Dubizzle.

How to connect Bayut

Get your Profolio API token
Ask Bayut support for an API token for your agency’s Profolio account.

Paste it into Majlis
In Settings > Listing portals, open the Bayut & Dubizzle card, paste the token into API token, turn on Enabled and click Save, then Test.

Send the listings you already have
Click Send live listings to publish your existing listings, or Import from Bayut to bring listings that are already on Bayut into Majlis.

Turn on Bayut leads
Send the Lead webhook URL shown on the card to support@bayut.com, then paste the secret Bayut gives you into Webhook secret.
Bayut leads, assigned in seconds
Call and WhatsApp leads from Bayut arrive in Majlis as soon as Bayut sends them, with the source set to Bayut and the listing matched by its reference. Duplicate deliveries are ignored.
Each lead goes to the listing’s ‘Leads go to’ agent first, then the listing’s portal agent, then the agent Bayut named, matched by email. If none of them applies, it lands in the General Pool for any agent to claim. From there the usual lead management rules take over: response-time tracking, reminders and follow-ups.
Already on Bayut? Import your listings
Import from Bayut reads the listings your agency already has on Bayut into Majlis: title, description, rent or sale, type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, location, permit, photos and amenities. You see a preview first. Listings live on Bayut or Dubizzle come in as published, the rest as drafts, and nothing is imported twice or sent back to Bayut.
What a listing needs before it goes to Bayut
Majlis checks a listing before it leaves, and lists every gap at once, so Bayut does not reject it later:
- At least 3 photos, and the number of bathrooms
- A portal agent whose Bayut profile uses the same email, with a BRN in Dubai or a BLN in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- A permit number in the emirates that require one
- A Bayut location at building, sub-community or community level (Bayut refuses area-level locations)

Bayut integration questions
Do I need a Bayut account to use this?
Yes. Majlis publishes through your agency’s own Bayut account, using the Profolio API token Bayut issues to you. Your Bayut listing quota and products stay as they are.
Does one connection cover Bayut and Dubizzle?
Yes. One Profolio token publishes to both. You choose the portals on each listing.
How long does a listing take to go live?
Bayut publishes asynchronously, so a listing shows Pending until Bayut confirms it. Majlis checks every 15 minutes, or straight away when you click Sync status.
What if Bayut rejects a listing?
The listing stays published in Majlis and its Bayut status shows Failed with Bayut’s own message, so you know what to fix.
I do not have an API token yet. Can I still list on Bayut?
Yes. Without a token, the Bayut & Dubizzle card shows a feed URL that you can send to Bayut support instead.
Does the Bayut integration cost extra?
No. It is included in every Majlis CRM plan. Your Bayut subscription is billed by Bayut as before.
